Teams are well-trained and have full knowledge of the destinations that
we cover. We regularly send our staff to visit our Asian destinations
as often as possible so that they can be at all times aware of new tourism
developments, and have the opportunity to visit our recommended hotels
and resorts.

allow staff to develop their product knowledge and provide a better
service to our customers.
We are equipped
with a state-of-the-art Reservations system, allowing efficient, rapid
and accurate costing.
We are constantly
updating and reviewing our products, destinations and hotels on offer.
Our Marketing Team produces tactical flyers, brochures, seminars, displays
and other promotional activities to ensure that our products get into
the market place at a competitive price. They also frequently participate
in and attend marketing activities overseas to ensure that Dawn Express
