Today begin your 7-day rail pass.

Instead of taking a JR Shinkansen (Bullet Train) straight to Hiroshima, why not stop in Himeji to visit the

World Heritage listed castle. In the afternoon we suggest a visit to the Peace Park and Museum.

Spend the day on Miyajima Island.
